Dr. Ferdous Ali
Dr. Ferdous Ali was born in Queens, New York and
raised in Florida. He graduated from the University
of Florida in 2006, after studying Microbiology and
Engineering. He then pursued his dental degree
from Nova Southeastern University in Ft.
Lauderdale in 2011.
To better care for his patients, he completed a
general practice residency at the Miami Veterans
Administration Hospital performing dental work on
those who served our country. After finding his
passion for Endodontics, which focuses on saving
teeth and relieving patients from pain, he pursued
an endodontic residency at Rutgers School of
Dental Medicine, which he completed in 2015. Dr.
Ali has achieved Diplomate status with the
American Board of Endodontics and is a board-
certified Endodontist.
Dr. Ali has given his time on dental missions to Nicaragua and Costa Rica to help patients
in underserved locations. After completing his endodontic residency, Dr. Ali joined one of
his mentors and professors from Rutgers. He practiced in New Jersey and New York City
for three years. Dr. Ali prioritizes communication and his patient’s comfort with each root
canal treatment.
In his spare time, Dr. Ali enjoys spending time with his wife, Colette, and chasing after
their twin boys. Dr. Ali’s weekends are consumed by two allegiances: Saturdays for the
Florida Gators and Sundays for the Philadelphia Eagles (by way of marriage). Dr. Ali is
also a F1 fan.
Dr. Ali’s professional memberships include: American Association of Endodontists, and
the College of Diplomates of the American Board of Endodontics.
